This organization has been outsourced to settle complaints by the Investment Trusts Association, of which JREA is a member, and accepts complaints from customers. JREA settles disputes through mediation by the Financial Instruments Mediation Assistance Center stated above. This organization has been outsourced to mediate by the Investment Trusts Association, of which JREA is a member, and mediation procedures are conducted by mediator candidates.
